"Described as a newly built property but was actually built during Covid. Quality of facilities very good but badly let down by cleanliness issues. Around the base of shower tray black grime, kitchen sink accessories stained and fridge needed cleaning. Looks like a quick hoover and tidy is all it gets between customers. Overall very disappointed. Not good value for money and can’t agree with other reviews."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The living room was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was great. We got lots of sun on the decking and adored the sauna! The upstairs bedrooms are bright and large. The bedroom with the en-suite is small but cosy. The en-suite is more of a wet room but that was fine for a couple of days. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Margate which we found totally reasonable. "

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"Rose Mews is a wonderful place to stay in Broadstairs. It's centrally located in the town near a of restaurants, bars and shops. There's a parking space too. 'The property is within yards of the seafront and a short walk to bus stops and railway station. Rose Mews is well-equipped, clean and very comfortable and we have stayed there three times now as we love it. Hayley, the host, is very efficient, friendly and communication with her is always excellent."
