The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. "Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done. Parking lot is small but very well maintained. "
