"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. "The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. "We really had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent. The bus service in and out of Canterbury and around Kent was perfect. We will definitely do this again. It was wonderful value for money we really enjoyed it."

"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. It seems that Expedia did not ensure proper quality assessment with the owner. When I book through...
