The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have a full spa, restaurants, a coffee shop that exceeds my expectations every time I go and they eve have gelato! "This hotel is beautiful. The lobby has high, high ceilings and incredible artwork. The room we had (luxury king bed), was beautiful. The ceilings are high and everything from the bath towels, to the window drapes were luxurious. The bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower with titles and large shower head that rained down on you. Anytime we are back in the area, we will be staying here in the future. "

"This is a simple hotel but really great for the cost. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff is very nice and it is very close to downtown Naperville. You can definitely stay here and take the train to Chicago for a day trip. I missed the breakfast but it was not a problem, as there is a Dunkin Donuts right in front of the hotel. Hope I will stay there again!"
