"Adorable place, very clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and had great natural light. I was nervous about what upstairs sounds we might hear but it was not a problem during our stay. We occasionally heard some light steps or muffled voices but nothing that was problematic at all. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"Our Host was very gracious , communicative kept us informed with friendly reminders such as trash day. Being on vacation we can forget so that was awesome. Home was well equipped with everything from kitchen to bath as well as snow shovel and salt which we didn’t expect all that snow. Also helpful he had sent out 2 young men to shovel the driveway which helped after days of snow. The home was cozy and sweet we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful quiet property. Large kitchen for cooking, a lovely patio are and fire pit.Large house with large rooms and open area concept.Host is close by and when some light bulbs went out she came within an hour to replace them. She is very friendly and helpful.You will have to pay a security deposit in case of any damage, but I received it back the day we left."

"Great stay with our dog while visiting family nearby. Safe and beautiful neighborhood convenient to Evanston, Skokie, Chicago and surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our needs. Note that it is a basement apartment in a shared building, so you may hear others coming and going at any hour. We would stay here again in the future."
