"Room clean and roomy and bed comfortable. It is positioned next to the airport and near the antique centres. Room had no air conditioning and not much ventilation so had a poor sleep. It was a hot and humid day. Need to put in air conditioning and maybe a ceiling fan. "

"Kilcunda Beach is one of my favorite beaches and all of Australia. The location was excellent, as I could walk to the beach, and I was also able to go to a nearby coffee shop, and get some work done, including a Zoom meeting, all well, relaxing in a nice comfortable room."

"The room was as described. I didn’t anticipate the two flights of stairs to the room, though, so taking a suitcase was a bad idea. The heating element to the indoor pool broke after the first night, so we had two more days of either a freezing outdoor pool, or a slightly less freezing indoor pool (the sole reason I booked this accommodation is for the two pools!). I was disappointed to find that there wasn't communal washing/drying facilities for the single rooms, as our towels from pool use...

"No one there for check in i had to call the number above the door, was told the room number and the key was inside on the table. The room was dirty, stains over the bed, holes in walls, front door wouldnt lock. My calls to owner went unanswered, my partner back in Qld rang him and demanded all this be rectified as it wasnt safe for a female to be in an unlockabke room, he arrive 30mins later saw it wouldnt lock and put me in another room that did lock, 1st night there was a lady outside walking...

"Quiet and relaxing, only thing was I had my granddaughter with me and she wanted to swim but the pool was closed.. Walking distance to main street which is really convenient."

"The desk attendant was very nice with us, providing several tips about the attractions and amenities around. The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach and not far away from restaurants and markets. Overall, the cabin (deluxe) was quite and of good conditions, although a bit old. The rooms were tidy and clean, well served with kitchen tools, although not much cosy (blankets are needed)."
