"The room was worn and the bed cover had a stain. Every edge of every piece of furniture was scratched or the varnish worn off. The headboard had a big scratch, dirt mark on it. The side of the desk had a big scuff or dirt mark. The mattresss on the bed I shared with my daughter was so worn I rolled to the middle. There were no bars of soap (hand soap) in the bathroom. Overall it was as if they didn’t have the staff to keep up, or didn’t have the money to invest in basic upkeep."

"Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn't working and there was a heat wave. They couldn't give us a new room since they were sold put. The front desk did try to give us a portable air conditioner but it wasn't ventilated so it was pumping out more hot air than cold. Definitely paid way too much for this room."

"My stay was disappointing from the moment I checked in. Instead of being greeted with a friendly smile, I was met with what appeared to be an annoyed, irritated attitude that made me feel unwelcome. "We only stayed 1 night, but we thought our room was really good for the price and breakfast was lovely! Only thing is don't expect a restaurant or bar like in some reviews, they don't have!"
