"Atendimento do check-in e check-out é rápido, frequentado por boas pessoas e famílias, atendentes simáticos. Café da manhã deixa a desejar (embora seja o melhor que já tive até o momento), a panqueca é bem boa, todos os itens são de papel ou plástico. A academia precisava de mais equipamentos."

"Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here! Long weekend with the family so we reserved a larger room with a wet bar. It was perfect. Beds were not too firm and very comfortable. Nice linen and plenty of towels. Our only complaint with the room was that the electrical sockets and USB ports need to be inspected on a regular basis to make sure they all work. Only one of the electrical sockets and one of the ports were working and when you have 3 adults and one child all with devises queuing for the outlets...
