"We knew the minute we arrived we were already going to be coming back in the future! Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Gave us all the information we needed. We had arrived early to leave the car and get the bus into Keswick. A lovely lady on reception took my number so she could ring if the room became ready earlier than the 3pm check in which was really kind! When we returned she took us to our room and let us know about breakfast etc. The room was SO clean, fresh and we got settled in...

"It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend."

"Much faded since my previous stay about 8 years ago. Id asked for a twin room but was given a double bed. The duvet however, was edge to edge so didn't cover 2 people adequately. The cooked breakfast sausage, mushrooms, hash browns were deep fried. Mushrooms looked like sheep droppings, tiny and black. Evening meal on Friday was better."
