Haus Auner Top 1 is one of those gems everyone is looking for. Peacefully located on a sunny plateau with scenic hiking trails and many beautiful cycling and mountain biking paths. The golf course is almost on your doorstep and the center of Westendorf with stores, bars, restaurants and a swimming pool is only a 4-minute drive away.



The house is spacious, there is a living room with large sitting area with TV and wifi, a spacious well equipped living/dining kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms suitable for a total of 8 persons and a bathroom with lots of luxury; infrared sauna, whirlpool bath, toilet, shower and washing machine. There is also a separate workspace with a desk.



From the kitchen you walk onto the large covered semi-circular balcony where you have phenomenal views of the valley and the mountains. This balcony is completely private and has several seating areas. There is also a garden with jacuzzi and bbq which are both shared with other guests. In short, a vacation home with many extras.



A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge on request and there are 2 parking spaces available.
