"The hotel was very nice in all areas. The bed was comfy and thr bathroom has a very nice shower. The front desk ladies were delightful but I didn't get their names, unfortunately. They arranged a bag lunch as we left very early and the shuttle was there exactly when it was suppose to ! We will return as we come to Alberta quite often. Thank You For an enjoyable visit."

"Great place to stay! Only issue is that the receptionists and other hotel staff have a hard time speaking English. I almost had an issue with lost luggage and the ladies at the front couldn't understand what I was trying to say. It was very clear that a few bags might be missing so keep an eye out. Their response, "we do not understand". Also, the rooms could use wall hooks for hanging clothes/sweaters/purses/etc."
