"I always stay at this location when traveling to edmonton the staff is amazing, the restaurant is a hidden gem and the rooms are always nice and clean. I like that the pool is open till 11pm I wish it was still open till midnight like it used to be but it’s still open later then other hotels. It’s nice and close to west ed which is also a plus. "

"Hot tube was broken but they left it on luke warm and didnt warn it was broken when booked or checked in. Pool was broken, daughter gashed her foot pretty bad on the bottom. Yheres one elevator, they choose to have the staff fill with thier carts while people check out so everyones waiting to use the small space one at a time meaning checkmout takes over an hour. We found out 3 days in they wouldnt clean our rooms or refill towels the whole stay. Forced to put towels and garbage in hallway to be...
