"Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink."

"The place was nice and neat with all modern finishes. The two bedrooms had nice large beds with tvs and the kitchen was nice and new. The owner lives upstairs and lives there so being aware of the living situation is important but if you’re looking for a great view, location and place to stay that’s quiet and well appointed, this is it!"

"It was so fun to take my 13 year-old granddaughter to this farm. She loved farm animals and the whole setting. It was also just the right size for the two of us. Emyily was a great host. Anytime I had an inquiry she was very efficient and answering and very kind."

"Stayed here before, still great location for what I needed. Someone near me to it for the event in January:( Any time I head to PA, will be looking to stay here. "

"We had a great 3-day stay at this property. We loved the frog & fish pond that is just off the patio. Had morning and evening drinks there each day and enjoyed the frogs and fish. We plan to stay there again/"

"We loved our stay in this log cabin. The setting was beautiful, and the spacious cabin was furnished nicely, including with kitchenware. I had a number of questions before arrival, and the host's responses were quick and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"It was the nicest rental we have stayed in. It was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. It had the cutest area with toys and books for children with a reading nook! We didn’t use it, but there was a very nice grill on the porch. There were two tvs. The neighbors were friendly. It was centrally located for Sight and Sound, quilt shopping, Hershey park, restaurants, and local attractions."

"Had a great time and enjoy the home. Very clean, had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!"

"We stayed here while going to Hershey park for 2 days. We didn’t use much more than the beds and showers but it was a lovely house and would have been fun to cook a meal and use the sauna but we were too exhausted from the parks. Would stay here again!"

"This house is lovely. Spacious, clean, beautiful & very comfortable. There were 4 ladies in our group. There is a lake/park almost next door that was beautiful, with a large picnic area, playground & hiking path around the lake. It would be a perfect place for families with children. I highly recommend this home."

"Very charming property very helpful host great area!"

"This property took my booking and then waited until my family and I were out front to tell us they could not accommodate us. We had flown in and on Saturday evening told me they wanted us to wait until Monday. They left us without a place to stay for the week with absolutely no notice. The house from the exterior looked to be in very poor condition with trash full and an unkept yard. The host was very defensive and unresponsive."

"Unique and memorable!Plunge pool and fire pit were perfect. Property owners were super responsive.Highly recommend and would stay at this property again!"

"We felt at home in this beautiful home. We loved its character and charm.It was a perfect fit for 3 families to stay, sleep, and eat in. The back yard was wonderful, a fenced in yard and patio seating with a grill and fire ring. Noce area! Highly recommend."
