"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach.
Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead!
Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."

"The property is a spacious, modern house with very comfortable beds and a large sitting room area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a breakfast bar as well as the dining table. There are two spacious ensuite bathrooms plus a separate shower room and a separate washroom, all with nice fluffy towels. Our party included two small guests (aged 4 and 2) who were thrilled by the selection of toys and books available (and there are books and toys for older kids too) and there is a small...

"We had a lovely 3 day break at Costal. The house and location is perfect for a family get together, house is child friendly with an enclosed sunny garden, and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s games and toys for the children and even boogie boards to take to the beach. If you need any help they respond with quickly."

"a lovely house, with plenty of off road parking spaces, a few meters away from the beach. We loved the possibility of just popping out to sea for a quick morning swim or a run along the shore, and then come back to the house for a breakfast al fresco in the secluded garden."

"We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"An amazing stay at a beautiful venue. Chalet has everything you need and is very clean and cosy. It is a very cool place with lots of things to do for the kids. Highly recommend it!"
