"First of all, the room was silent, which is a huge positive. Really quiet and peaceful. The ‘king size’ bed is an insult to customers intelligence. Pushing two single beds together and calling it a king size should be criminalised. Properties like this are charging premium prices for facilities, and then providing some hashed excuse which barely ticks the boxes. The internet access is generous and works well. "Rooms were clean staff excellent just don't eat there, the breakfast was probably worse than you could get from Farmfoods, a lot of it should be banned from human consumption yes the sausages! Then I had something from the Hungry Horse, yes I know it's cheap and get what you pay for (beer £6.75 though) but when I was asked how well done I'd like my mixed grill steak I almost chuckled and was right to do so. Perhaps they should ask how dry would you like it. To make matters worse, they fcuked...

"We had a great stay here. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was perfectly adequate for us and our young puppy to use as a base while we explored the New Forest. We will def be back! Martyn, Sarah, Rosie and Guinness the dog"

"Kind of okay, but some of the staff were really bothered if you need anything or ask them a question. At the pub the staff were a bit weird and made us feel not welcomed. Most of them looked very tense and wanted you to get out of their faces quickly. Some of them were good. They should leave more milk bags in the rooms."
