"It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend"

"My husband and I enjoyed a 3 night break at The Snugg, Ellingham, near Ringwood. It was a very relaxing place to stay and it had been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was so comfortable and the linen and towels were of very high quality. There is a little courtyard garden where we sat out and enjoyed watching various birds visiting the feeder. We were left a very nice welcome hamper and the owners even asked us what type of pillows/duvet we would like. Great thought is...

"Excellent property, great location. Perfect for family of 4 with beautiful beaches nearby. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property. Perhaps consider a key safe?"

"We had such a lovely time at Acorn cottage, it was absolutely perfect in every way. Communication with Maria throughout super easy and the cottage is stunning, probably one of the most well thought out, well stocked getaways we've stayed at. We did plenty of local walks straight from the cottage and had a few stop offs on the way home in the local pub. We also visited on a pretty wintery weekend so it made the forest and the pub that little bit more festive. We would definitely return."

"If you love long walks, great pubs within walking distance (highly recommend the White Buck btw,) awesome food, great beer and lots peace and tranquility, this cottage is perfect for you. As always (this was our 4th visit,) the cottage is absolutely spotlessly clean, well equipped with every piece kitchen equipment you need, TVs in every room with full access to Netflix / Freeview as well as games etc. for rainy days. "Clean, comfortable, well equipped, no screaming children or barking dogs.. Good views when it was not raining or foggy. Poor lighting in the seating area- had to use torches to read by and bathroom could do with a shaving mirror Unlikely to return as poor approach road bad for car suspension and old bones"
