"Estadia excelente. Atendimento / recepção atencioso e cordial, sem formalidades desnecessárias. Áreas de convivência, co-working, etc. muito aconchegantes e convidativas. O único ponto de atenção que comuniquei à gerência que prontamente se propôs a resolver, foi baixa velocidade de escoamento da pia do banheiro, talvez iniciando um entupimento."

"Absolutely loved our 2 night stay here, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Super friendly staff from the moment we walked in, nothing was too much trouble, they are genuinely invested in making each and every guest feel valued and welcome. We stayed in Portland and it was a delightful room; spotlessly clean with a stunning view of the needles. Nice little freeview tv with all apps available to log into. Food and drinks really good. Try the spicy mango margarita, absolutely bang on ;)...

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"The facilities offered by the Thatched Cottage are excellent. The pool area was fantastic and much enjoyed by the whole of our 3 generation family. The house was huge and there were plenty of areas around the property to sit and relax and eat together."

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. "Be very very careful when choosing this flat! The pictures do not match the accommodation at all. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the conditions are non-existent and the owner does not inspire trust or safety, as the apartment does not offer either. I do not recommend this place for women. I do not think I have ever met such an unsafe place. Avoid staying here, expedia should remove it from the site."

"We decided to try something new instead of hotel so booked the yacht. Great experience. Marina and boat were lovely. Lots of restaurants and easy to walk around and explore. Steve and Miros went over and above to make sure our stay was great and even picked us up from cruise port and drove us to airport hotel the next day. Would highly recommend . "
