"We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would...

"This place is fabulous! Check-in was a breeze, the beds were so comfortable, wonderful rain shower head in the bathroom, decor is tasteful and the kitchen well-equipped. Great location with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to Playland rides. Covered patio with furniture. Was nice to sit outside in the evening. Very clean. Lovely host. Fast communication. Highly recommend. "

"Our host, May, met us as we arrived and explained where everything was and made sure we were happy with our accommodation. It was located in a beautiful and quiet part of Richmond, only a short walk from public transport and shopping. May went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. She even dropped us off at the airport. We highly recommend this this home away from home."

"We had a lovely time at this home. It was the right size for our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. I appreciated the prompt responses from the owner whenever we had questions and requests they responded immediately. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to the beach and downtown. Will definitely consider staying here next time if we come back!"

"We rented this great property to "hide" from our kids and take a much needed break from parenting. The space was wonderful and comfy to hangout in. We binged a ton of tv and movies. The hot tub was great for soaking in after walking every where. And there's a ton to walk to. We never drove our car the whole time we stayed here. The owners were friendly and easy to access!"

"Short trip before cruise. Was easy to get in and out of. We were able to walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were also so thoughtful that they found my husband's hat he left and mailed it to us."
