"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a quiet and relaxing long weekend. House was clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again."

"We booked this rental to get away from our busy lives and relax and this was perfect for us. The balcony is where we spent hours and hours just watching the sun set, reading books, drinking coffee and wine. The location was perfect for us because our only agenda was to relax. We did find a fantastic winery, a few towns to explore, and a sandy beach (dune) that we had all to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. Also I’m not too proud to say the couches provided the perfect naps, pure heaven. "

"Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even for heat tolerant Floridians Host is quick to reply to any questions Would love to go again"

"perfect for a quick get away. We were up for a wedding and wanted a calm, quiet place for the kids to stay so they’d be well rested for their flower girl duties and this was perfect. Rock beach kept kids busy for hours, and an easy drive to Burlington for food/shopping. Clean, well stocked, and listing is accurate. "

"We had a great stay, they had everything we needed. Since we had been on the road for awhile we had some laundry to do and they had everything we needed to get it done. "The property is absolutely gorgeous! Cottage was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. All three beds were very comfortable. Watched the beautiful sunset from the lawn, overlooking Lake Champlain each evening. Our host, Moishe, was lovely and responded quickly to questions prior to our trip. Everything was as advertised.
