"the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...

"This was absolutely terrible. No staff on site whatsoever for check in. We waited for too long before we decided to take business elsewhere. Tried to call to speak to someone and nobody has called me back yet. NEVER recommending this place - very disorganized and unprofessional. We want our money back because we didn’t even have the option to check in. "

"I like this hole so much! It is very spacious and comes with a complete kitchen. It is close to West Point Military Academy and the outlet. There is free parking available and dogs can be accommodated. It is truly perfect. "
