This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and includes:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary suite features a king bed with its own ensuite bathroom—your private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or friends with four twin beds (2 trundle). Both guest bedrooms share access to a full bathroom. Throughout the home, you'll find plush towels, high-end toiletries, and hairdryers stocked for your arrival.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen is stocked for home chefs and entertainers alike. You'll find stainless steel appliances, a full range of cookware and baking essentials, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and even a wine set. The spacious dining table seats 8—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or working together over breakfast. Everything you need to cook, entertain, and gather is here.

Living & Lounge Spaces:
The bright, open living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV with Fire TV and high-speed Wi-Fi streaming, board games, books, and beach gear ready for your adventures. There's also a small dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi for remote work or catching up on emails.

Check-In & Check-Out:
Self-check-in is available from 4 PM with personalized access codes sent the morning of arrival. Check-out is at 11 AM. This gives you flexibility and privacy.

House Rules & Policies:
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone can rest well. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Towels are not replenished daily—we expect reasonable use and provide what you need for a comfortable stay.

Pets:
You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs (45 lbs or under) for a pet fee of $75–$300 per pet depending on your stay length. We ask that pets stay off furniture and are not left unattended. All pets must be approved in advance.

Pool Heating:
The pool is a standard amenity, but heating is optional ($15/day). If you'd like the heater on, let us know the night before check-in so our team can prepare it. The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool, and during colder months (around 70°F or below), water temperature will depend on outdoor conditions.

Long-Stay Discounts:
If you're planning an extended visit, long-stay discounts are automatically applied at booking—the longer you stay, the better the value.

Parking:
Complimentary driveway and street parking are included. No hassles, no hidden fees.

Lost & Found:
Please double-check before checkout to make sure you have everything. While we're not responsible for items left behind, we'll do our best to locate and return found items. We give priority assistance to essentials like passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, and laptops. Found items are held for up to 14 days; after that, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.

Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.

Outdoor security camera(s) are present on the property. The cameras are not actively monitored on a daily basis, but footage may be reviewed when necessary for safety, security, incident investigation, or house-rule enforcement.
