The Space:
Built in 1936, this historically landmarked home sits quietly in one of the most charming sections of the Grandview Heights Historic District. The beautiful Palm Beach Oasis has been recently restored, updated and luxuriously appointed.

Palm Beach Oasis sleeps up to 7 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with a large family room, living room, dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, a charming outside dining terrace, pool deck, lounge chairs and a heated private pool. Pool heat is optional. The king bedded master suite with its own full bathroom features lovely french doors opening towards the pool. The house also features a separate laundry room (accessible with a covered awning).

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friendā€™s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same day reservations made for this property are on request only.

Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, youā€™ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.

Palm Beach - beach house

A great house in. Great location. Only a short drive / taxi over the bridge into Palm Beach or a short walk, less than 10mins to great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast and the Hive at the end of the road is a must. The house itself is spacious, well furnished-with great style. The outside space is a highlight. The pool was great relief in the summer sun.

Charming Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Palm Street. The house is very comfortable, the pool area private, and the location is walking distance to a park, the Norton Museum and great shops and restaurants on Old Dixie Highway.

Immaculate getaway

My sister and I shared this home over the week while I shopped for my next forever home in the area. It was perfect in every way but especially spacious, private, well kept and up dated with every need you could imagine. Sleep was a dream and the pool was a delight. My family traveled to Palm Beach for my sons baseball tournament. We loved everything about the house. We had more than enough room for the four of us and the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The rental company was amazing to deal with. We fell in love with the neighborhood and Palm Beach in general. We didnā€™t want to leave after 8 days! We will be back!

A true Oasis

Upon returning from a trip to Florida in 2020, we made the decision to book something for the following year. We were looking and came across "Grandview Heights". To say the photos do it justice would be a complete understatement! It was a true oasis and a place we highly recommend. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is centrally located which made it easy to get around. We felt right at home!

Grandview Heights

This was a lovely house that worked well for our family. We loved the private yard with its covered patio and pool. The weather was quite warm so the pool was perfect for cooling off. Peter and Mario were very responsive and great to deal with.

The home was fantastic and as presented in the pictures and descriptions. The outdoor area in the back by the pool was our favorite place to be. Plenty of room for three adult couples (and a doggie). The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Palm Beach Oasis is lovely, clean three bedroom cottage with a new kitchen and sunny backyard & pool. It is the perfect perch for an active vacation or for staying in for quiet days and nights. The location is great: close to shops and restaurants, but still a quiet street. The house has off- street parking and the neighborhood is charming. The management was always responsive, helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Oasis. Location could not be better. Super clean. Great patio and pool area. Very nice kitchen. Great restaurants and shopping walking distance. Rick and Peter were great to work with. Only complaint was lack of closet and no TVā€™s in the bedroom. Master needs a chest of draws! Thank you for a wonderful two weeks.

Absolutely a perfect 10!

The Palm Beach Oasis was the perfect retreat for our family during our stay in West Palm for our daughterā€™s wedding. The photos are beautiful, but the property is much more lovely than a camera can capture. From the lavish tropical plantings around the pool, covered patio, stacks of nice pool towels, a grill that is BIG and works, darling neighborhood, to the well-appointed kitchen, we are smitten with this home and will return! Added bonus - Peter, Jay, and Rick, from Palm Beach Vacation Rentals, went above and beyond to make our stay special. One Note: The info on the website about this home states that the third (master) bedroom is detached from the main home. It is not detached and is accessible from the kitchen. The layout is ideal for an extended family because the master is on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bath. Truly a five star vacation home!!

Good times in WPB

Stayed 15 days and it rained ALL 15, but it was wonderful anyway. ( it would rain for an hour each day which only cooled the temperature.) The backyard and pool are wonderful. The grands would stay there all day. But, we journeyed somewhere every day. The ocean , museums, the Flagler house, sculpture gardens, City Place and concerts on Clamatus were all good fun and close to the house... We are already planing our return for next year.

Very nice house, layout was perfect for 3 couples. Great neighborhood!

We all loved this home, the pool was awesome and the backyard really had a tropical feel! Just wish there was a way to rid it of mosquitos, but it's Florida, so no such luck! The kitchen was awesome, could use a few more cooking tools, but overall it was good! Highly recommend it!

4 of us stayed at this home to attend a conference just down the street. Easy walking distance to the Palm Beach Conference center AND the shopping center with all the great places to eat. The cottage is OUTSTANDING! Very comfortable and has everything you need. Easy 5 Star rating!!
