Guests have full access to the entire home, including both kitchens, the fenced backyard with pool, driveway and curbside parking, and complimentary bikes. Keyless entry and detailed check-in instructions are provided for your convenience.

Three serene bedrooms including a private suite. Two spotless full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and hairdryers for hotel-style comfort.

Kitchen & Dining:
Enjoy two fully stocked kitchens outfitted with stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, cookware, coffee machines, and wine glasses. Each space includes ample counter space for prepping and stylish dining tables seating 4–6 guests for casual meals or celebrations.

Lounge Spaces:
Bright open main lounge with 60” SmartTV and cozy seating. Separate suite lounge offers extra privacy for multi-group stays.

Outside Space:
Heated pool on request, shaded hammock, BBQ grill, firepit, and alfresco dining area create a private tropical retreat day or night.

Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Smoking indoors is prohibited
Towels: Use responsibly—stained/missing towels will incur a charge
Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $100–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay)
Long-term discounts auto-applied via booking platform.
Pool is not heated by default; inquire for availability.
BBQ propane: $40 fee; notify in advance.
Pool Heating Fee - A $10/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $10 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.
