#1 No parties or events are allowed.

#2 If the property is left in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure (e.g., dirty pots and pans, excessive trash, stains on the floors, dirty walls), an additional cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged.

#3 Local residents must contact the host before booking.

#4 Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any unregistered visitors will be charged an additional guest fee.

#5 Children are welcome but must be included in the reservation. We are not responsible for any accidents.

#6 No more than 10 people are allowed on the property.

#7 Guests must follow the community rules posted at the property.

#8 Additional Fees:
a) Smoking inside the house: $200 USD per day.
b) Unauthorized late check-out: $50 USD.

#9 Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

#10 You agree not to damage the property in the event of a dispute with Airbnb or the host.

#11 If your failure to comply with the rules results in discounts or compensation being offered to future guests, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

#12 A pet fee applies to stays with pets. Please note that if pet-related messes, such as feces, stains, or pet hair on the beds, are found, an additional cleaning fee of $150 USD will be charged.
