Guests have full access to the home, fenced yard, pool, jacuzzi, patio, and all amenities. Check-in is fully contactless via smart lock. Instructions sent at 6 AM on the day of arrival.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, Smart TVs, and ample closet space. The primary suite features a king bed and private bath, while the other rooms offer a queen and two full beds. Two modern bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and plush towels.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, filtered water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, wine glasses, and more. A dining table for 6 plus a breakfast bar for 3 make mealtimes easy and stylish.

• Pool Heating Fee - A $10/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $10 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

– During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions.
