"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"Perfectly clean and everything worked. Lights a little tricky to figure out. No dishwasher and could use places to hang up towels. Some poison ivy outside. Other than that, it was a nice, quiet, well-kept place, pleasantly decorated, exactly as advertised. Nice area, too."

"We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed."
