"We have been coming to this property for years and can't say enough great things about it. Eric is a wonderful host and so helpful to guests. It's exactly as advertised. A rustic treehouse right on the river, you bring whatever supplies you need. This is not glamping, it's real camping, and it's such a wonderful camping experience. "Great property, loved how the hot tub was ready to go, hot and clean, plenty of privacy. Picked this house because it was close to the Franconia hike i planned to do. If i had to nit pick.. ceiling fan blades were dusty in the bedroom and the mattress wasnt too comfortable. Kitchen supplies were bare bones had sugar and maple syrup but no cooking oil, the one item i forgot! had to drive to price chopper and pick up butter that looked like a bunny so all good! "
