"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so...

"É uma casa antiga e espaçosa. Fica num bairro residencial, perto do centro histórico (10 minutos a pé). Não encontramos um bom supermercado em volta, apenas alguns pequenos estabelecimentos com poucas opções. Os móveis não são novos e rangem. O estacionamento é na rua ou numa estreita vaga ao lado da casa, ambos de graça. Não é fácil achar vaga na rua. O banheiro, assim como o resto da casa, era antigo, mas em boas condições e limpo. O check-in foi fácil e o proprietário nos atendeu prontamente...

"Fantastic rental. Perfect location to all things Salem: Derby Warf, tourist stops, shops and restaurants. Owners were very helpful, friendly and responsive. The house itself is very clean and beautifully renovated. We recommend and would stay again. "

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"We had a great stay at Hampton. The cottage was set back from the street so we didn't hear any noise or traffic at all which was a huge plus. The house was perfect for us and Gary was responsive to any questions that we had. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate clean, beds and bedding were comfortable. Check in was easy. We had one small issue during our stay and the host was quick to remedy it. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk around Salem from here. Lots of cute restaurants and attractions. It’s right across from waterfront so nice to walk to lighthouse at night and sunrise in morning. One of the best places I have stayed at. "

"Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to all sites and Salem amenities. The property manager company certainly went “all in” with the decor! They were also generous with foods available (coffee, etc) in the apartment.We suggest stopping at a proper grocery store prior to arrival however, because there is a bit of a food desert around the house (more convenience shopping than groceries)Thank you for making us feel welcome"

"This is a lovely house in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It conveniently came with beach gear, two large bathrooms and a large capacity washer and dryer. "

"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."

"Estadia boa! Hotel bem localizado, fácil de sair para várias direções, Maine, New Hampshire… 45min +-, de Boston, Gloucester, Rokport. Café da manhã basiquinho, bem normal para o padrão de café continental, norte americano. Limpo, confortável, quarto espaçoso. Não gostei de não ter serviço de quarto diário. Conforme nos informaram, eles limpam o quarto a cada três diárias, ficamos 4 diárias, tivemos uma arrumação de quarto quando já estávamos saindo. Ah, também deveriam esquentar um pouquinho mais a piscina, não deu pra entrar, água nem quente nem fria. Para uma temperatura externa de -5o, teria sido bem relaxante uma piscina quentinha depois de um exaustivo dia de passeio na neve!"
