"Our experience at this property was excellent. Both the interior and exterior of the rental was very clean and well maintained. Though the house is older, it has been renovated very nicely and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. There are several laundry mats within walking distance. There are also plenty of food options (7/11, bodegas, chinese food and an excellent pizza place!) "This stay was even better than I had hoped! I traveled with my sister and 3 young children.(2,3,and 6) While I was worried about them being too energetic and disturbing the neighbors, we never got one complaint. That was comforting . Also, Shreya had such a fast response time during the visit for help I needed and that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"The location was great. The commute to NYC was easy from this location. The house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of 10 adults. The house itself was spotless. The beds were comfortable. But we were short one towel for 10 guests. We did end up borrowing from the other VRBO that we rented from because there was a delayed response from the host that we could have dug in the closet for another towel. There were no dish towels.
