"Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a nice covered porch just steps from the lake. Booked during the local watermelon festival with live music, activities, food and crafts. That was a fun experience for adults and kids in addition to the stunning lake. I definitely recommend. "

"Check-in process was easy. Molly was super fast at responding. House was precious and the perfect cozy cottage. We enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided and hanging out on the floating dock. Will definitely be booking here again!"

"I'll tell you this if you ever need a place to stay in Monroe this the place to be. The place is real nice the neighborhood was peaceful, shopping areas is like 10 minutes away. "

"We had a great stay. The house is very comfy and has everything you need. It's also close and convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. We hope to visit again soon. "

"My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to launch our kayaks right from the yard. The edge of the property was paved along the lake and was a nice fishing spot. We caught catfish and bass from the shore. We would stay at...

"Property was clean, great area host was very helpful and straight forward...host has office space connected to property that they work out of but they weren't a bother to us we couldn't even tell they were there overall great stay and a bang for your buck"

"Cynthia was a great host. Super easy to communicate with. The property was as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back yard and grilled out one night. The only thing I would suggest in the future is adding WiFi to the house. We were aware beforehand so no issues there at all. Would just be a nice amenity to have.
