Staff nice. But never received new towels etc for our second day. Had to go get them. Free bottled water was nice. Hallway carpeting was disgusting. Didn’t know if was a blood trail or what. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Tv kept cutting out. Bed was comfortable"

"My father and I needed a last minute stay for a concert at Acrisure stadium which is about 20 mins away from the hotel. When we walked in a bit early April was so kind to let us know that she would be cleaning our room next so that we could go on up. We grabbed lunch and by the time we came back everything was ready.
