"Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town."

"Great location for walking to Cowes centre and for the chain ferry to East Cowes. Comfortable room although very hot and impossible to turn the one radiator (in bedroom) off. Decent breakfast although some of the cooked items could have been hotter. Overall I would recommend and be happy to stay again. "

"I wish I had stayed here longer, the staff, the rooms, the little garden area for my dog to enjoy, was just wonderful. It was a beautiful stay, wonderful breakfast and bar area where me and the dog just chilled with a nice glass of wine (me not the dog!) was delightful. 10/10 would recommend. The village of Stockbridge as well, its fantastic, such lovely places to eat/drink nearby too."

"Our room was clean, warm and well-lit. We had selected a superior twin, but the view from the room was dreadful ! We were next to the boiler and there was ducting all over, rubbish and the exterior of the building at the back is very shabby. Just to note - there are no usb sockets in the room, so you need to bring your own adapter. There is also no phone - I suppose because everyone has their own these days. "On arrival our room was upgraded to a large seaview room with a walk in shower which was a very nice welcome. The Pump room bar is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food both at breakfast and in the evening venues is top notch. Dining is a particular highlight which should not be missed with a very good menu expertly prepared and served to a really high standard. "
