"I loved the unit with a full kitchen and washer and dryer the unit itself is beautiful with an amazing view well maintained. Loved the extra cooler , umbrella and chairs . Location very convenient for food and grocery . If I ever return to Maui I would definitely consider staying here again . Oh and free self park What I did not like was having to wash my own towels everyday they only provided 3 towels for a family of 4 and no cleaning supplies to clean the toilet or bathroom and well cleaning...

"What a view!!! Can't get any closer to the ocean. Saw many whales from the balcony in the distance - bring binoculars! Clean, great shower with plenty of hot water, very comfy king bed, heated pool & hot tub, amazing central location to more easily reach Haleakala, Hana, the airport, etc. Thanks, Doug!!!"

"Great location, well maintained and incredible views! We loved our stay at Jim’s condo and would absolutely book again. We saw whales and turtles off the lanai every morning, and the sunsets were just spectacular. While the beaches adjacent to the condo were nice, we enjoyed the ability to drive 5-10 minutes to explore the other beaches along the west coast from Kapalua to Lahaina. Great food and a Snorkel Bob’s within walking distance added to the convenience. Five stars all around."

"We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too...
