"Tudo perfeito. O local é bem perto da estação de trem e ônibus . Como tinha um ônibus bem cedo pela manhã optei pelo hotel. Mas fica um pouco longe do centro e da praia ! O café da manhã feito pelo Cris na hora que agenda é delicioso ! Silencioso e muito limpo o quarto. Chuveiro com bastante água quente e até espaçoso pra os padrões ingleses 👏👏👏! Roupa de cama e cama muito confortável e tudo limpíssimo. Cofre e geladeira no quarto um plus que não esperava ! "

"A really beautiful and very pleasant stay. The location was ideal with everything we could ever need within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication before our arrival, to see if there were anything we needed and to make sure we had everything prior to check-in, we really felt well looked after throughout. "Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. "This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. "

"O check-in foi um frustante: chegamos três horas antes do horário marcado e nos informaram que o check-in garantido seria às 16h. Até agora, tudo bem, como manda a política do hotel. O problema foi chegar às 16h e nos informarem que ainda não tínhamos quarto, enquanto outros hóspedes estavam sem problemas. Depois de alguma certa confusão, um quarto ficou pronto imediatamente. Então, acho que isso poderia ter sido evitado, principalmente pois sabiam que já estávamos aguardando o check-in. Outro ponto ruim foi o café da manhã, eu já tinha pago na reserva, o que funcionou, mas meu filho só toma cappuccino pela manhã e esta bebida teve que ser pago à parte - ridículo um hotel 4 estrelas cobrar algo à parte por um café da manhã que já tinha sido pago. Fora isso, o hotel é bastante confortável, bem localizado e tem boa infraestrutura, exceto pelo estacionamento limitado, que às vezes pode ser difícil de encontrar. Não pude dar uma avaliação melhor porque algumas expectativas não foram atendidas."
