"Great space! Rented this property for 3 nights as we had a wedding in Troy. We were a family of 7, all adults. The kitchen was fully equipped which I always appreciate. Trash was easy. House WiFi was great and much needed as our phones were out of service a lot. It’s a new home so everything is perfect, neat and easy to manage."

"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"This was such a nice place to stay! I haven’t slept so well in a hotel prob ever! Very comfortable and clean. I loathe a barn door on a bathroom but I get the aesthetic they were going for. There were a lot of unhoused people right in front of the building all day and night but they aren’t going to bother anyone. Had a wonderful stay!"

"Just as advertised - actually the room is a bit nicer in person - it looks a bit sparse in photos. Very central location. We weren't there to watch TV, but first the TV was lagging, and then we were logged out of the YouTube TV. Emails were answered promptly but it was somewhat inconvenient. Also, the loud room fan runs continuously, separate from the AC/heat. I value quiet and it was somewhat irritating. These two things aren't enough to take a star off overall though. "

"The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV.
