We started our trip by not receiving our check in info so we had to wait for the host to even get in. We found out that day that both sides of the house are rented out and we would have neighbors during part of our stay. The shared wall has no sound proof. The front of the house was a bit overgrown with litter and missing trim. The tile entryway has a small table with a wax burner and wax all over it. It's an awkward space but ample for shoes, coats, and a few shopping bags. The kitchen was clean, had new appliances and a nice variety of cookware and dishes to meet the needs of 2-4 people. The only bathroom entrance is through the master bedroom. The living room and bedroom have carpet that's old but still in good condition except it is very obvious that it's pet friendly. There are pet stains all over the carpet in both rooms and it needs a good cleaning. The wrap around sofa is large with a chaise on one end. The TV in the living room is great and I love the look of the fireplace. There's a pub style table for eating in the living room. The master bedroom bed is Firm. The toilet in the bathroom needs to be tightened. The shower has handles to get into but it's a bathtub. The shower heads are awkward and low, I'm 5'2". There's a door to the backyard from the living room, there are steps to get to the yard with a nice pub style table on a small patio. The yard is full of litter and overgrown grass and plants. The space is dated but pet friendly on a quiet corner near shops.
