The location! The short 2 minute walk to the beach makes quick trips back and forth to the house a breeze! It is easy to refill the cooler or to grab the forgotten sunblock. We also love that Grey Neck Road is adjacent to the beautiful Shore Road – it makes for a great daily walk! The backyard! The large fenced-in yard is ideal for the kids and dogs to roam safely and works perfectly for a friendly game of whiffle ball.

The warmer water and gentle waves are perfect for families with children! The home offers everything you could want in a beach house: a large deck for relaxing and outdoor dining, an large enclosed outdoor shower, and a beautiful fully fenced in landscaped back yard with a swing set for your family fun. Great for outdoor games and entertaining.

Welcome to Crosswinds II! Offering open concept living, with working fireplace for those chilly nights in the off season! As you enter through the front door to find the living and dining area. The living room has comfy seating and flat screen TV. There is WIFI throughout the home. The dining area has a table that opens out and has seating for 8-10 people and there is a door that leads out to the deck which offers outdoor dining, gas fire-pit and a gas grill, perfect to barbeque your favorite meals while the kids run around a play in the large back yard with lots of lawn toys! Having the yard fully fenced is nice too if you have brought Fido along with you, the kids are safe to throw a ball, play on the swing set, or grab flash lights for flashlight tag in the evening.

Head back inside just past the dining area to find Bedroom #1 (Master) with a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV and en suite full bathroom #1 with a shower. This bathroom also has the stackable washer/dryer for your use. Everything is on one floor for your convenience!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal with all appliances (both Keurig and Regular Coffee pots) including a dishwasher and a small island for making up your lunches before you head out to the beach.

On the other side of the living room is a hallway with the 2 other bedrooms and Full bathroom.
Bathroom #2 recently updated in coastal design has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 has a set of twin bunks and a Queen bed- with TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed, TV and large closet.

Outside is a landscaped fenced in back yard, spacious deck, large outdoor shower, and shed. There is a dining set, gas BBQ, swing set, and yard games for family fun. There is also a shed for your use which also has inside beach chairs, beach buggy to wheel chairs/toys to the beach, outdoor games, bocce, croquet, cornhole, kiddie pool for you to enjoy! Bring the bikes and explore the Cape on the Rail Trail. Best of all you are just steps to the beach!

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4. You can park on the grassy area to the left of the driveway only- No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
