"The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a little tired and needed a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was good but the Japanese pancakes were not light and fluffy. More like a cake bread roll. Parking was opposite hotel and there was room to park the car when we got there. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly."

Two consecutive mornings of cold showers, third morning had to run for a period of time for it to be warm . Woken @ 04.00hrs by neighbouring room . Sounding like they were falling into furniture, ? Breaking . 04.30 knocking on my door wakening my 13yr grandson who was swimming at national level that day . Told them wrong room . Was assured security was on duty . "Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "

"Arrived earlier, was able to access room. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and clean. Lovely white linen, fresh white towels. Only downfall, it's on main road so noise of traffic is loud. Had a view to the sea"

"Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find."
