"From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. I queried why there was a £5 car parking charge when this hadn't been pointed out prior to my booking. I asked why this was and he said because I booked with Expedia. So be careful. "Our rooms had a lovely ( unexpected) sea view but as I found out on arrival, most if not all rooms, (other than accessibility/disability rooms) have a shower over the bath, so it wasn’t ideal for my 84yr old mother who doesn’t require an accessible room as she doesn’t have any disabilities or restrictions per se but can’t climb into the bath to take a shower.
