There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. "Breakfast was basic but good. We had to leave early in the morning for appointments and then would come back for breakfast and to the room to nap. We requested that housekeeping refresh our room while we were out and they didn’t. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the front desk hadn’t assured us it wasn’t a problem and someone would make up the room, or having to hunt someone down for toilet paper, or trying to gather a weeks worth of trash in a teeny tiny bag. "I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt.
