"Room was perfect right on the beach, great view, very clean room air conditioning works amazing! Very close to the dock. Perfect stay and well priced. Will stay again!!"

"Second time staying here and couldn’t complain. Very convenient being able to dock boat in front of where you are staying. Everyone is always very friends and the restaurant is good too. "

The beach and pool area were basically private only to us. Very enjoyable I strongly recommend this location for a quiet get away. This was our first visit to Freeport, the people and island are lovely. great food and entertainment."

You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. "The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"I cannot say enough good things about this house. We really enjoyed staying on the property. It is extremely clean and has everything you need. The view and location is spectacular. Shakera, Michelle and Jenna were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back someday."

"I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. "

"We had an extremely fabulous 24 days! The Condo is cozy, owner Sean was wonderful! The office manager Salandra was fantastic! We had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The LaRoc Bar and Grill conveniently located next door to the property was great! We are definitely coming back!! "

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

"Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. "
