"We had a great stay at this hotel during our family road trip. The hotel was very clean throughout, including the lobby, breakfast area, hallways, and guest rooms. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home. "Parking was atrocious. No reasonable coffee machine in room just some ridiculous espresso gadget. No microwave. Hotels usually scan my credit card for any extras in the room but here they actually charged my card $300 that I should get back in five to ten business days?? Hard Rock hotel Ottawa is out in the country, they little or no facilities for a normal morning breakfast or lunch. If you want a decent tea or coffee and donut it’s 15 kilometres away."

"This is a new hotel so I would expect it to be in excellent condition, which it was. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had a room on the ground floor near the front desk, which was very convenient, but sometimes a little noisy, but it never interrupted our sleep. Beds were excellent. The one negative would be the Wi-Fi - although it’s free it requires registration to give all of your data, including your grandchildren’s eating habits (kidding, but almost)."
