✹ The system will place a "hold" on your credit card for $1,000. This is instead of a security deposit. The money never actually leaves your account and will be released a week after checkout (as long as there's no damage or excessive cleaning needed).
✹ A propane tank for the grill is not guaranteed. I’ll happily reimburse the cost of a propane tank change at the 7/11 down the street if you send a photo of the receipt.
