"I like it because it was right on the beach, staff was accommodating and friendly. Parking was difficult only when the restaurant was open and people used valet parking-our car would be blocked in and we had to ask that the car be moved to another space. That was an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great."

"This was the perfect little house to stay in. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to sleep. Having the dock right there to paddle off of and crab/fish was great because we happened to start when hurricane Erin came through and the beaches were a no go. We ran into a couple hiccups, but the owners were extremely responsive and timely with any questions we had. "

"We had a great week at an excellent property. The pool and all amenities were very good and well used by the entire family. Many good eateries within a few minutes drive."

"This property is amazing! Spectacular Sunrise, deck over looking the bay. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of the bay with total privacy. Not even hurricane Erin could dampen our vacation, the property owner made sure of that! An amazing experience and place to stay when visiting LBI!"

"Our stay started with a guided tour by Brian. Brian is a wonderful host. He periodically texted me to see if there was anything we needed. The mansion is beautiful with lots of space. Having 8 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our family. It was only a block to the beach which made it so easy for any family to enjoy whenever they wanted to. The roof top deck was one of our favorite spots. The long kitchen island turned out to be another favorite for gathering family and making plans...

"The Quiet Cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We are "outdoors" people. We had everything we needed at the Quiet Cabin. We had a wonderful time. We made new lifetime friends, the owners. Thank you so much. Blessings!"

"My husband, daughter and I were very happy with our stay. Ginny is a great hostess, it’s like staying with your favorite aunt. This 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean and had all essentials. Only a short walk to beach as described. If we needed anything, Ginny was at the ready. Easy off street parking. Thanks again, Ginny!"

"Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. "

"We been coming to Brigantine for 15 years and we've had good places as well as bad. April's home was very welcoming, clean and beautiful. It was so close to the beach as well and basketball/tennis/mini golf, etc. Upon arrival, April greeted us and treated us like family. Outdoor shower had perfect pressure and space. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "
