"Rooms here are always nice: comfortable beds, good space for working or relaxing, bathrooms with spacious showers. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A few downsides were: pool was very cold, room was hot (apparently the a/c can't be turned below 68°) and the parking on site is no longer free. All this and the higher rates for the time of year made it a less desirable experience than my first time staying here."

"The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay."

"Overall not a bad property- 2 things I rate low- fishes were left dirty in dishwasher as well as the trash left in kitchen area and 15.00 per day parking is ridiculous! I needed to be out of my house for a few days and I didn’t notice parking fee when I booked but that’s ridiculous. It’s not in a highly populated or sought after area! "

"I love how this hotel is sitting back away from things and secluded, yet it is still so close to a great little breakfast spot and other restaurants.
The landscaping is beautiful and the courtyard and pool area is very nice.
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, professional, and happy to assist, especially the evening clerk who I interacted with the most."

"After a horrible experience at another hotel and then a mix-up on a booking site, I was feeling stressed traveling with my two daughters to a new place.
Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to help us. Even though the hotel was sold out due to spring break and several tournaments in town, he took the time to accommodate us and make sure we had a place to stay. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help completely turned our night (morning) around.

"The gal that checked us in, she said her name was Rhonda, was not workable at all. I reserved a NON- SMOKING room & room 207 smelled terrible. It hurt my throat to breathe. She said there were no other rules and I asked to be refunded and she said no she could not do that.
