"Room was clean and fairly sound insulated. Bathroom was small and tight to maneuver. Inside corner room allowed the room to the immediate left to be able to look into our room unless we pulled the curtain shut. This is a safety issue, creepy, and a major design flaw. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with bacon or sausage daily, along with eggs and some kind of waffle or pancake item. Wish that it offered fresh fruit. Management was seen several times orienting new employees...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."
