This fully self-contained apartment suite includes:
- Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a Queen bed, Chest of Drawers, Desk and Desk Chair. Third/Additional full-size day bed / converted futon may be set up in the front bedroom (charges apply). - Living room: Beige leather sofa set. - Kitchen/Diner: Equipped with all main essentials, including a stove, oven, blender, toaster, and premium basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). 4-seater dining table. - Cooling: Modern window A/C units in the bedrooms together with fans in the living room cool the entire suite for your comfort. - Porch & Garden: Relax on the shared covered porch with deck chairs, picnic tables, and a BBQ. The lush garden includes fruit trees and vibrant local flora.
Access is by KEYPAD ENTRY. Once pre-check-in requirements are completed, the door code will be sent to you prior to arrival.
We are available by phone and email, with local agents on hand for in-person assistance if needed.

- 1-Night Stays: 1-Night stays incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in. - Occupancy & Extra Beds: The standard rate covers 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including infants). For groups exceeding 4 guests, an additional fee applies, which includes the setup of the third bed. If your group is 4 or less but you would like to use/setup the extra bed, this can also be arranged (additional fee applies). Great place and locatio!
We stayed for 2 nights in Feb. 2020. We had an amazing stay! The owner had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed! The place is walking distance to the beach, and the house was very clean and well appointed! Thank you again!

Quiet getaway
We spent a few days at this property With our adult daughter and it was great. Close to cemetery beach, the grocery store and West Bay attractions and restaurants. With a rental car we were also only 15 minutes away from Camana Bay or Seven mile beach. The condo was clean and quite well equipped for our needs. The owner was helpful and responsive. The cat on the grounds, Puma, was adorable and loved attention. We had a relaxing stay and recommend this property to others. It could benefit from some new sheets as the ones we used were getting worn, and the coffee maker wasn’t working well but everything else was good.

Perfect location for off the beaten path, but great access!
The walk to the north part of SMB was very short and easy. My mom, kids and I enjoyed walking all along the beach and enjoyed its easy access to snorkeling, like for instance, Cemetery Beach. The villa was very quiet (except for my kids occasionally, haha, but they crashed by 9:00p.m. from all of the fun!) and a very comfortable space. Cooking was easy with a grocery store not too far down the road. We rented a car so that we could explore the island. If we needed anything Tricia was quick to respond and very kind! She is a very nice woman and was a joy to meet!
