Other Things to Note:
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

The elevator will be undergoing repairs and will not be in service until August 2024. Alternatively, stairs are accessible for use.

Please note that there may be constructions/renovations being conducted in the ground floor units. Any work of this nature will only take place during the daytime between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
