"I was there for 3 nights in a bungalow solo. Didn’t know what to expect. Really enjoyed it. There are a lot of bungalows but each row is elevated so you have a beautiful view of Bras D’Or Lake. Has a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster with plates etc. they do want to steer you to eating at the restaurant though hence no hot plates. "A place to lay your head and that’s it ! Still even then we didn’t sleep the best , the mattress cover is plastic which makes you sweat . And no shower head so your straight up getting blasted with the water comimg out of the pipe. Train was a super cool feature , the noise of it didn’t bother me with it being so close. "This place is just not well maintained. It smells old and musty, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Our first room had a plug that was broken and the tv, fridge, microwave and lamp kept turning off and on. Then the second room was right above the lobby where people were going out to smoke and yelling all night, we could hear people in the hallway as loud as if they were in our room at night and the air conditioning didn’t work well. "The room wasn’t the cleanest - there was popcorn and cheesies under our bedroom table. The floor throughout was dirty. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The community has a great selection when it comes to dining out and fast-food places. The lakes and ocean views are breathtaking."

"It was everything we were looking for. Quite, great scenery. The dome was clean and was equipped with anything you would need or want...except tea. Lots of coffee but no tea. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. "
