"Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. "

"Wasn’t expecting much as the price is cheap but was amazed at the quality of this. Large parking area. Friendly staff treated us at check in. Room was very spacious with a big comfy bed. Spotless bedding. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wardrobe, drawers, tv. Small en suite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and shower gel products provided. Towels offered. The photos don’t do the rooms justice in my opinion. Would I use again. 100% yes. "

"Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh "

"This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. Keeley informed us that a fan had been put in the cabin which was a lovely touch considering it was so hot. We had brought a small fan with us,...

"The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. "I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
