"Room was very clean and pleasant. Food was good but service very very slow (it was Valentines Day so to an extent we understood but 30 mins to get a glass of water was maybe a little extreme) Bed a little uncomfortable and the floors (both ours and above) were extremely creaky so we could hear everyone moving around which made for a difficult sleep. Staff extremely pleasant and location is great."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable.
