"Great no frills property, that I have the opportunity to stay at frequently. Check in is effortless, with friendly staff & management. My room preference are superior kings, which are clean & spacious. There is ample free parking, on all sides of the property. Maintenance keeps the grounds, almost spotless of litter. All rooms are smoke free, however there is a designated, outside smoking area. Many rooms are pet friendly. Overall, another nice stay. Highly recommended "

"Stepping into a time capsule! This place DESPERATELY needs attention!!! Peeling paint, locks and windows don’t work, dust and dirt everywhere! There was even dog hair on my bedding when I arrived… I’m allergic to animal dander. Even the jacuzzi tub in the room had left residue on the tip of the bubbles when filled. Shower had hair in it still. The windowsill on the bay window was FULL OF DEAD BUGS! The dirt and dust on the outside of the banister made me question if housekeeping even cleaned...

"This was our first time at Lakeview and we were impressed all around. The property is beautifully located on the lake with fantastic views. The motel room was rustic and quaint, perfect for me and my 2 teenagers. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. The variety of places to stay on the property make it a good fit for anyone, and the playground, grills, picnic tables and pool make it great for families too."

"Very clean and welcoming. Bare bones as far as a microwave, fridge and other little conveniences other motels in the area offer, but the bed and pillows were awesome."

"This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295...

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
